Exchange or Return of Goods
Buyers have all the rights to cancel the order or return goods bought from our store. Buyer can cancel the order anytime before the item is dispatched. 100% refund is issued immediately. In case of item is already shipped, the buyer may have to wait for the item to arrive and then return it to get the refund.
In case the item received is damaged or faulty – full refund is issued without / with return of the item. The return cost is borne by us (seller) in such cases. Buyers are 100% secured for the quick, safe & quality product delivery while buying from our store.
1. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

3. a receipt proving the fact of purchase from our online store;
4. warranty card;
5. an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
